Junior Accounting Executive

Job description:

  • Maintain the daily accounts operations and bookkeeping
  • Communicate with partners and customers in regards to accounting processes
  • Provide assistance to IT team in accounting processes and best practices
  • Experience cutting edge technologies and new practices

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree in finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel within or out of Malaysia if required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
  • perform monthly closing, consolidations, and other management reports.
  • Establish and implementing SOPs for financial and operational matters.
  • Improving internal controls and procedures, proactively take actions for improvements.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, company secretary, and other goverment body for statutory compliance.
  • Proper maintenance of all accounting documentation and records
  • Perform necessary ad-hoc assignment and contribute for company growth.

Required skills:

  • Possesses Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Having ACCA or CPA or equivalent will be added advantages.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is necessary. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): consolidation, book keeping, monthly report, finance, accounting.
  • Dynamic, proactive and innovative towards fast pace changes environment.
  • Required to travel when necessary.
Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio for new accounts and maintain current existing accounts by engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Provide support and promptly responding to inquiries from customers.
  • Analyzing data and develop initiatives to increase profitability and make decisions that builds strong operational performance.
  • To collaborate with various departments in developing new projects.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic Accounting, Interpersonal skill
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer need.
  • A highly independent and individual with excellent team-working skills
Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales, marketing & operation support to both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and prepare weekly / monthly report.
  • Ensuring pricing information are updated.
  • Assist and support in marketing event and activities
  • Deliver accurate information on sales activity reports, pipeline, forecast and KPI reports
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and offer upgrade or new products.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Some of our customer speaks Mandarin, so being able to converse in Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): negotiation, sales, after sales, marketing
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Must possess driving license and own transport.
  • Willing to travel to other locations if required.
  • Will be based in Puchong, Selangor.
  • All transport related with sales activity is claimable.
UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

  • Define and design great user experiences for web and mobile.
  • Improve existing products and evaluating their UX effectiveness.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes which clearly illustrates sites functionality and appearance
  • Design clear and engaging graphics in order to communicate effectively our messages.
  • Advise and assist Front-End Developers on UI implementation best practices.
  • Contribute to brainstorms and bring a fresh perspective to the team.
  • Work closely with team of back-end developers.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Exceptional UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): HTML5, CSS, Adobe Photoshop
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
  • Good command in English is required.
Junior Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct user requirement analysis and UAT for the development and for enhancements to existing systems.
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
  • Writing and maintaining functional and technical specifications, and other documents.
  • Liaise closely with the Development team in project implementation, application testing, supporting new releases patches and product feedback.
  • Data collection, data processing, reporting generation and basic business analysis for specific requirements
  • Migrate existing modifications into new software versions periodically
  • Basic accounting standard knowledge
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years' experience in Business Analyst role
  • Familiar with Agile scrum methodology
  • Good communication skills and is fluent in English, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
